Shipping policy
Gula SG currently delivers within Singapore only. We do not offer international shipping.
The delivery options shown at checkout are:
- Standard Delivery: S$10. Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.
- Starter Pack Free Delivery: Buy the S$25 Starter Pack and receive free standard delivery for the whole order, including any full-size packs or bundles purchased together. This applies automatically at checkout. Available every time you buy a Starter Pack. No sign-in required.
Our cookies are baked fresh. The 3–5 business day estimate begins when the order is confirmed and includes preparation and delivery. An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed appointment time.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, unit number, postal code, and reachable telephone number. Please contact us promptly if any detail is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
The courier may leave the order at a safe location when nobody is available to receive it. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, or requested redelivery may be payable by the customer.
Check your order when it arrives. Report damaged, missing, incorrect, or unsafe items within 24 hours by following our Return and Refund Policy.
During busy periods, severe weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control, delivery may take longer. We will contact you using the details supplied at checkout if we become aware of a material delay.
