These terms apply when you browse or place an order through the Gula SG online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

PRODUCTS AND FOOD INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because our products are baked in batches and screens display colours differently.

Please read the product information and label before consumption. If you have an allergy, intolerance, medical condition, or dietary concern, contact us before ordering. Unless we state otherwise for a specific product, our kitchen and products should not be treated as allergen-free.

ORDERS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Singapore dollars. Gula SG is not GST-registered, so GST is not charged on orders.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, the order information is incomplete, or we cannot fulfil the order as requested. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will offer a suitable replacement or refund the affected amount.

Discounts, bundles, and free-delivery offers apply only under the conditions shown on the store. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Changes and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the store for unlawful activity.

RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Gula SG is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate customer information, misuse of a product, or events outside our reasonable control. We may update these terms when our products, delivery arrangements, or legal obligations change. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
